1. Operations duties : a. Merchandise management ( Supervise subordinates to ensure: Received merchandise at loading bay is in correct quantity, quality and specifications. 2. Sales and Profits : Brief subordinates on yesterday sales achievement, today sales budget, up-to-date sales achievement, promotion and company updates. Share information about customer voice or any arising issues. Analyze sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits. Analyze and interpreting trends to facilitate planning. Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of all promotion schemes. Work with Merchandising Dept. for any changes/improvement in merchandise assortment, quality and quantity. Prepare for higher management review. Weekly: sales information, sales promotion review and report of slow moving items. Take leading role in identifying any arising issues affecting sales and operation and proposing corrective actions to the Management. Take leading role in seeking and working towards solutions to mitigate merchandise loss/shrinkage.

3. Manpower management : Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity. Ensure efficient leadership to direct the Department towards Company’s business strategies. Monitor subordinates’ attendance and attire. Approve duty roster, shift plan raised by subordinates. Be responsible for subordinates’ performance. Take part in recruitment & selection activities for Department’s staffing. Motivate, training and develop staff in order to encourage their professional development. Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes. Build and promote team work spirit.

Mô tả vị trí Marketing Officer A&P ( Base Hanoi )


Organize company event as planned. Manage the production of marketing materials, including backdrops/standee by giving feedback to agency and follow timeline. Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project. Arrange promotional events. Follow up payment with accounting department and agency. Follow up contract with accounting department and agency. Cooperate with other department to make sure the promotion successful. Assembles A&P reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations. Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies. Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting feedback and prepare report. Monitor competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience : University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent. Minimum 01 year of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good communication skill. Good interpersonal skill and collaborative working manner. Aesthetic, dynamic, flexible, agile. Good command of spoken and written English. Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks. Good planning, organizing and time-management skills. Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills. Customer focused. Ability to use Photoshop, AI is a plus.
